
So, what is intentional joy? How can we be intentionally joyful?
We are by default, born joyful. There is Love all around and we create (by intention or default) the experiences of our lives as a result of the way we think and feel and communicate with the world.
What we think about and how we primarily feel determines the level of our energy and our vibration in any given moment. We only have the ever present, always consistent, constant Now Moment.
The level of our vibration is the key to what we become aware of; energy attracts TO its self the equivalent or matching energy and conditions. All our human-physical senses pick up on those vibrations and we become aware of the equal manifestation of what our dominant emotion is.
Intentional Joy is about becoming aware of what you want to experience in your life, followed by shifting your attention to those things that are equivalent to what you want. This happens while you are appreciating and adoring the people, things and conditions in your life that already make you feel good!
Then you will find you are allowing the Universe, the Energy, the Love that creates worlds to bring to you the balance of your thoughts and feelings!
