Next time you become aware of not feeling energized, in a bad mood, or in a negative feeling way… notice what you have been thinking about. You will more than likely realize you have been focused on negative life experiences.
Our attention to something means we are focusing on it, making it real.
Can you verbalize what it is that you do not want to experience any more. Perhaps you decide that you do not want the experience illness in your body.
The next question is: What do you want to feel or experience, instead? You decide that you want to feel strong in your physical body; that you want to feel good and energized. You want to feel your body full of vitality and able to do whatever you ask it.
Spend a few moments thinking about the good parts about your body, the things you really like about it, the energy and vitality that you have now. Appreciate your favorite parts and how it all works together.
In doing this you are in an appreciative feeling mode and from that point of feeling, you are now attracting into your life the physical manifestation of those new and higher feelings about your body.
Today I feel good about my body. I love the way I feel when I affirm that I am whole. I am getting better and better every day!
