Here is an example of the "Four Easy Steps To Intentional Joy
I became aware that I was thinking that I did not have enough time any more now that I am working, so I realized that what I wanted was to feel as though I always had enough. I affirmed that I released the burden of time: "I release any burden of time in my mind and know that the moment to feel good is Now."
I also became aware that I play with time, always feeling time bound, only to move through this process over and over again... I have decided to release that game, as well.
I prefer to live in the now and take care of things as they come up, to the best of my ability.
"I am living in the Now, taking care of things as they rise to the best of my ability."
I appreciate the beauty of this process as I practice it over and over. I really appreciate when I get to choose how I want to feel. I also appreciate this water I am drinking and that I have the opportunity to learn skills that help me on my Journey.
Now I feel like I am allowing the good all around me... I feel I have plenty of time to do what I want to do and I take care of situations that come up to the best of my ability and I feel good in the Now. At every turn in the road, I have the choice to feel good or to feel not so good.... I like feeling good.
